I see Dr.Melissa Fike here. I broke my finger. I walked in, just sat down in the waiting room and I was called. Within 5 minutes, I was getting an ex-ray. I was in and out of there in 30 mins. No wait times is a great thing!! Especially when you have chronic pain. This Dr.is wonderful. She makes me feel comfortable, as if I were talking to a friend. She is very kind and takes her time with her patients, whom I believe mean the world to her. She is a very caring Dr. I don't get the low stars in the reviews of this place. Maybe the other Drs.? Idk. But, there is one Dr. there for sure, who has my back and truly listens. I won't ever change Drs, unless I moved out of the area.

I have always had a pleasurable experience when dealing with this facility. Yesterday, I had another pleasant encounter with one of their phone representative, Shaniqua. Shaniqua handled my situation in a professional manner in answering my questions and solving my problem. She was helpful and accommodating . She had a pleasing and patience personality. Shaniqua made my experience over the phone a pleasant one.

Dr. Barnes-Durity is my primary care doctor and she's fantastic. She listens to me and is willing to admit when she doesn't know something and needs to look into it. She's also willing to work with me to find ways of fixing my health concerns that don't always involve pills. I don't mind taking pills when I need to, but I don't like that most docs always prescribe pills for everything. She's also willing to talk to me about alternative medicine in a rational well thought out way. Best of all she has an excellent bed-side manner and almost always makes me laugh. That's hard to do since people are normally sick when they go to the doctor!

I have been going to Dr. Rayala at Duke Primary for about 4 years. He is an excellent physician. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Two reasons: 1) high medical and scientific acumen and 2) he listens and is incredibly pleasant!. I love going to see him and have referred several people to him. I'm thankful to have found someone who is really good at the medical practice. One example, he caught my rocky mountain spotted fever before it had progressed, which I'm so lucky I went to see him and he figured it out. He has also assisted with ongoing issues, however small, and my husband goes to him as well and he has gotten him the proper care needed, as well. Duke Primary Morrisville as a whole is awesome. The office, nursing, and lab staff are all excellent. There is never a crowd, either. I don't feel rushed and am treated well on all fronts. Always a pleasant experience.

As soon as I signed in I was called back and the Doctor came into the room immediately after the nurse left. I spent less than two minutes total waiting to see someone, which was a surprise. I found Dr. Barnes-Durity to be knowledgeable (many other doctors will leave the room and come back while they look up your condition but she knew exactly what I was describing, even though it wasn't common.) The Doctor patiently answered my questions and assured me that my treatment options were my own choice. She is exactly what I am looking for in a Doctor to treat myself and my family. I found her to be pleasant, kind and thoroughly professional. Bonus: The lab technician who took my blood did such a quick and precise job that I hardly felt anything. Getting blood drawn is usually the worst part of a doctor visit, but this was easy! I was so impressed with my visit that I told myself I would write a review as soon as I got home.

My experience was pretty well as a new patient/annual check up. I scheduled my appointment online and was pretty simple, even minimal paperwork upon arriving. Did an annual check up, blood withdrawal for tests and even took a vaccine on my first visit which was very convenient. I highly recommend it for a check up.

Both my husband and I have had great care at this primary care facility for the last 10+ years.Both with our primary care Dr BarnesDurity and others we have had occasion to see in more urgent matters such as when I suspected I had shingles over my eye. I was seen that day, and also recommended to my eye Dr who also saw me miraculously within the next hour. There have been some days with a longer wait, but never anything insane like hours. I appreciate the time they spend with me, and they are doing same for others who may be in need.

I have been going to this practice for nearly 5 years. They service myself, hubby and mom. We see Doctor Munirat Keshinro and she is such a wonderful caring doctor. I highly recommend her. The ladies in the lab are very competent. Usually my mom suffers with multiple sticks to get her blood and yet they got it in one go. On my most recent lab visit the young lady was so sweet. With nerve issues my hands wouldn’t respond to close and open on command. She was so caring and gentle and helped me to close and open my fist without making me feel inadequate. She was extremely courteous and affable. The different nurses I have met have all been so courteous and friendly and engaging where I don’t feel stressed coming to a doctors office. I’m always called back early and the few times I have to wait on the doctor I don’t mind. Because I know she is giving the same quality of care to someone else.

I Love Dr Keshinro. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Also I have several comorbidities and she handles my care with excellence always. I feel very safe in her care.
